Payments

Our website uses a shopping cart to keep track of your order and to pay .    You can pay uses Paypal, Apple Pay, or other payment methods.  We accept most credit cards and debit cards through our separate third-party payment portal. We do not collect payment information directly nor do we collect payment information. Your payment is completely protected through our third-party payment carrier.  You do not need a Paypal account to use the payment portal.    You can also pay over the phone using your credit card or debit card.  We also accept payment by Bank Check through the mail.  If you have any questions about payment options then contact either by phone or email.

 

Warranty and Repair

 Our products are fully warranted to the original owner agains defects in materials and workmanship for one year following the purchase date of the product.  If one of our products fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace the product without charge at our discretion.  

 

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.  Common damage such as from rips and tears in the materials (but not limited to) is not covered under the warranty and is considered normal wear and tear.  If we determine that the damage is not covered under our warranty, we will contact you prior to performing any repair work.

Please clean all products and remove any guidelines before returning any product. Included in the package, make sure you document the problem, location, date of purchase, return address, phone number, email address,  and other needed information.

Returns

For the first 30 days from the date of receipt of the product, you are allow to return a standard  product (with no options, no modifications, no dyneema fabric) if purchased directly from us.  Compensation for the returned product will be handled on a case-by-case bases -- either a full refund, restocking fee, or replacement depending on the circumstances as determined by us.  Any dyneema product (either in whole or partial construction) has a no refund policy.   Most of our products are made to order, so remember  that when you order.  Items in the Bargain Bin and Miscellaneous Products categories (that are 'in stock' only) are fully refundable if not modified by us or you. 

Any product returned must be received in a brand new condition, unused, undamaged,  and no wear and/or tear.  You must contact us prior to returning any product.  We highly recommend that you insure any shipment to us since we do not accept any damaged or lost product for our return policy.  You are the owner of the product until we inspect the item for any damage, wear and tear, and/or prior use.  

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we will try to remedy any problems to the best ability that we can.
